A letter from the Eisenhower Library providing information on the availability of relevant materials in the Library’s archives.  Please address your inquiries to:  Dwight D. Eisenhower Library, 200 S.E. 4th, Abilene, KS  67410 and request permission to use the holdings of the Library.  An archivist at the Library will respond with a letter detailing collections that are pertinent to your research topic.

A curriculum vitae including academic experience and a list of any publications.

A detailed summary (not to exceed five pages) of the subject and scope of your research.  Funding priority will be given to well-developed proposals that will rely significantly on the resources in the Eisenhower Library.
 
Tentative timetable for visiting Abilene (including duration of stay in Abilene)and for completing project.

A 10-15 page writing sample.

A proposed budget. For information on lodging, food and travel costs please visit the Abilene Convention and Tourism Burea website at http://www.abilenekansas.org

Information as to any other grant received or being pursued for the project.

Two or three supporting letters from academic advisors or professional colleagues.

Intended publication or other use of the product of your research.

Fee Schedule For Reproduction Orders

Fee Schedule

Please complete the Dwight D. Eisenhower Library & Museum Schedule of Fees for Reproduction Services form and mail your reproductions request to the Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library & Museum.

This fee schedule is for electrostatic copies, photographs, video and sound recordings. Payment may be made in cash, U.S. postal money order, bank draft, or check, to the Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library & Museum. Payment may also be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover (Novus). Remittances received from outside the U.S. must be made by international money orders payable in U.S. dollars or by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover (Novus).
